Chair Massage and Cranial Sacral Therapy are performed with your clothes on and Chair is an excellent way to address shoulder, neck and upper body issues. CST works to calm the nervous system.  If you are uncomfortable with undressing, you don't have to. We will perform the massage with your clothes ON!
